A very warm welcome and a wonderful room. Travelling alone I stayed in the single room with a double bed and bath. It's great to get a single room with a double bed. The decorative standard of the hotel is very high. The lounge is especially beautiful. Breakfast was great with wonderful homemade bread on offer.

Baytree House is excellent all round. Very comfortable, great breakfast and very enthusiastic, welcoming hosts, who are also very willing and helpful in sharing restaurant recommendations. Good location - quiet but convenient for the town centre. Highly recommended.

Comfiest bed I've ever slept in and the best breakfast I've ever tasted! Simon's poached eggs on homemade toasted bread were to die for! Both he and Amanda were so welcoming, helpful and I felt totally relaxed staying at their beautiful B&B. Will definitely return!

We stayed one night only at the Baytree. Very friendly welcome from Amanda. Beautifully decoreated in character with the house. Room and facilities in pristine condition. What more can i say,except this lovely young couple run a top notch establishment.Their natural,affable manner make it feel like home.I could've stayed for a fortnight instead of a few days.The only place in Harrogate for us now!!!!!!!

I can't praise this traditional B&B too highly. We visited Harrogate for a family wedding and sayed on Friday & Saturday night in a family room (2 adults and 2 children). The room and bathroom were pristine. The breakfast was delicious. Simon & Amanda couldn't have been more helpful - giving us written dieections to the church etc. Warmly recommended.
