A great advert for how a British B&B should be - warm homely welcome, tastefully furnished, a really good nights sleep and then a really tasty beakfast with some less common menu options.

Boutique B & B situated in an attractive tree lined road within walking distance of the town centre. Friendly, efficient but unintrusive service.Very good breakfast with wide choice for small B & B. Comfortable, well presented, elegant room. Only downside is small bathroom. We were very happy with our choice

Friendly welcome. Good sized room with sofa and comfy bed (although shower room was a bit of a squeeze). Perfectly placed for walking into Harrogate. Pleasant, cooked breakfast.

Very friendly welcome and made feel at home from the start. The room was a great size , very clean and comfortable. In a great location for walking into Harrogate to enjoy the shops, restuarants and bars. And the best bit was the breakfast , great selection. Highly recommend the Yorkshire breakfast .

In spite of the Weather our weekend in Harrogate was very enjoyable due to the great accommodation we had at Wynnstay House. Andy and Tracey made us really welcome. We stayed at Wynnstay House for a weekend and wasn,t dissapointed , very well located only 5 minutes walk to Harrogate centre . Our room was beautifully furnished, spacious with everything you would need for your stay , breakfast brilliant 10 out of 10 and a really warm welcome from Andy & Tracy , would definetly recommend .
