Just returned from a short break in sodden Gloucestershire ! however our stay at this hotel was exceptional, the staff were freindly and cheerful and looked to be enjoying their work. nothing was too much trouble. Jean who oversaw breakfast was wonderful really welcoming and efficient not too intrusive but happy to converse.Noisy neighbours but that could happen anywhere.

Good overall experience. Room not warm enough with no user controls. Very cold outside and when I arrived at 2130h two windows in the room were open - why? Staff and cleanliness brilliant. I like real soap and Premier Inn has the horribke squeezy things. One was empty.
