We were very impressed with the staff at this HIE...this HIE was light-years ahead of the same hotel we later stayed with in Belfast. Staff was very accommodating. Whether it was travel directions, food recommendations, assistance with contacting the embassy, etc.; they could not have been better. Again, we were here for a week, and stayed on the third floor....
