“Sofitel Gatwick”

Perfectly located at North Terminal Gatwick, excellent service, hospitality, rooms and all other aspects of this hotel. Quiet rooms, easy parking, we ate in the Thai/Chinese restaraunt which was quick with great food quality, overall a great experience thoroughly recommend.

Great location minutes walk to terminal. Good value for money for room only we ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Worked out well for an overnight stay before flying the following day. Only problem we had was with the wi fi.

“Upgrade value?”

Don't get conned into booking a room with free Internet access. They advertise this as a benefit of a superior room. They provide 128kbs and anything faster is chargeable by the hour. They don't appreciate that Internet access is a utility like light and heat not an optional extra to be metered out like candles in a power cut.

We didn't trust the M25 for an 8.30am arrival at Gatwick so opted for this hotel the night before - good choice!
