Staff pleasant and friendly - hotel room was very comfortable and the arrangements for the taxi service etc was excellent. Taxi was punctual(even though 3 a.m. start) and on the return journey too! Value for money if you want parking for the week and a room for the night before travelling!

Easy to find with a sat nav approx 10 - 15 mins from Gatwick airport. On arrival all was clearly explained with procedure. Our room was spacious and clean. Arrived late after M25 was shut so no time to eat. The reception was excellent and the lovely young lady gave us breakfast at 10pm.
