We had a family funeral in Bolton and Broomfield had enough rooms for large group. Though it is a basic Guesthouse, it was so clean, excellant breakfasts and we were able to sit in lounge at night we were offered Take- Away menus and use of crockery. “Surprising Facilities at this Guest House”

There was a warm Lancashire welcome at this guest house and everything was exactly "as it said on the tin". The rooms were clean and functional and the room rate with breakfast represented very good value for money. I stayed here for one night whilst on business in the area. This place stinks of cigarettes throughout - even though I asked for a no smoking room.
