Right in the centre of Basingstoke walkable to shops and train station. Really friendly staff nothing to much trouble. Great food at really reasonable price is ideal foe any stay wheather it be for buisness or pleasure. I stay here a lot would always recomend.

I have a company provided list of hotels to stay in but I prefer to stay here. I just like it. It's not pretentious and insincere like expensive ones and it's not depressing like cheaper ones. I just find it in the middle, comfortable, friendly and just like it.

I have stayed at this hotel many times now and each time, the staff have been fantastic, they are so friendly and will go out of their way to help with any queries, etc. The hotel is also centrally located and so in a great position for nearby restaurants and bars, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
