Just stayed here as part of a legoland package and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were really friendly and the room was lovely. The kids didnt get a welcome pack like others have said but they still enjoyed themselves. The breakfast was really nice and kept us going til lunch. Thankyou

excellent hotel - perfect stay!! We enjoyed a lovely two night stay for our legoland break - not too far from the park and a quality hotel - would highly recommend. Rooms were spacious and the best of quality/breakfast was included and it was perfect.

We stayed here as part of a Legoland 2 day deal. I had read reviews and started to worry it might be a mistake but found it a really nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and actually very nice, our 8 year old had the sofa bed made up for him and they had put little toiletries... More

I stay here very frequently and I suppose have a fondness for it. Staff are pretty good and friendly, rooms are comfortable although getting towards needing modernising. Breakfast is fairly good, dinner menu is a bit limited in the restaurant - mainly grills. Bar area is pretty open and near reception but has a pleasant atmosphere and Sky for the... More

I recently had 4 night stay at Hilton Basingstoke during a business trip. The staff was friendly and courteous. And the good part ends there. The rooms are in serious need of updates and repair. My room was on the first floor. It had no thermostat to control room temperature; whatever unit that looked like AC/ heating device didn't turn... More

Room smelt horrible when we went in. You needed to open the window to air the room but as it was night time and not that warm we couldn't. I realised why it smelt, down the side of the window it was moldy all down the wall. It was clean but really was a tired room and in well need... More

We were disappointed at the room; even if large, the furniture is shabby, the carpet is old and stained, the bathroom dates back to the 80's, the bed is not comfortable and the overall look of the room makes you feel like you are in a motel. This is not the usual Hilton standards. However, apart from the room, the... More

This hotel has more of a `motel' feel than a Hilton. The faculties are old and badly in need of an upgrade and charging for the internet in 2013 is ridiculous. The TV and associated controls were pretty dated and the room was like something out of the 80's. I had no problems with the service provided although the restaurant... More
