Excellent value for money - the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely use this place again.

we were very disappointed with the general cleanliness of our room. Bathoom was very tiny with lime scale around sink, toilet and shower head. Bed linen was soiled. Tried to tackle this problem but agent and guest house failed to accept there was a problem unfortunately.

Conveniently located and only 5-10 mins from the Northwood tube station. We had a quad room which was a decent size, very light and airy. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Ricky, the manager, is very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is from 7 - 8, too late for me but looked good. My room was big, first on the right on the ground floor.

Convenient location, very clean linen and decent bed. Bathroom wasn't very clean, and the dirty scuffed walls and peeling skirting desperately need repainting. This is a perfectly adequate B and B. The room was large and clean, but dated, and the bathroom was very small. The breakfast was of average quality with the option of cooked breakfast cereal or toast.
