Stayed overnight on Trip to Devon. Room spacious clean and comfortable . Previously forewarned Hotel of special diet requests which the Hotel was happy to accomodate. Evening meal/buffet breakfast good. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel itself a bit dated and Double glazed windows would have been useful in reducing road noise. Hotel opposite industrial units and not much nearby but... More

Stayed at this hotel on a tour, stayed in three different rooms over a four night stay. As for being called modern the first room had a dark green 70s bathroom suit that was ok by me,but the taps were corroded the hot one was impossible to work. The second room an upgrade was under the generator on the third floor... More

It was as they 'as it was on the tin' a 3 star hotel and nothing more or less. Not the most professional or smartest staff in the world but always friendly, polite and did their job to the best of their ability. Apart from a rather weak shower, the rooms were fine, nothing you could complain about whatsoever [except... More

Having read previous reviews we were a bit apprehensive about this hotel, but went to a wedding on Saturday & stayed over at this hotel. Hotel was a very nice surprise & absolutely not as imagined (Free WIFI if you want it). Even the general / surrounding area was much better than you can see on (Old views now) streetview.... More

I found this hotel fairly good. The downstairs public area is very smart but its a bit deceptive as the rooms, although adequate are a bit on the basic side. I went with a coach trip and found the room a typical basic twin room and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was really good with a lot... More

While the hotel isn't the most glamorous of places I have to say the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, the food is excellent and the rooms are clean. The only criticism is the dissapearing bar staff! Overall well worth the money.

I have recently stayed at the hotel with my wife, 2 year old son and Parents in Law. It is perhaps not the most attractive hotel and the surroundings are a little industrial BUT we paid per room £120.00 (included upgrade to executive room) for 2 nights, B&B and Dinner 1 night. The rooms were fine, stayed in better but... More

Conveniently situated on an industrial estate, right on the main road, and next to a landfill site, this hotel has seen better days. Rooms on the top floor seem to have that old favourite, woodchip wallpaper, yuk! Dour rooms with very little natural or even electric lighting. Bed OK, shower and bathroom small but good. Downstairs looks very good, they... More
