The staff in the Hotel and the Pub were all fantastic. All were extreemly welcoming, attentive and most helpfull. The pub was well priced and the food was generally good. Only real negatives were the crazy toaster and the deep fried bacon we were served on the first day! Unfortunately the rooms are a bit dated and tired with tiny... More

A large group of us were attending my son's wedding at nearby Bartle Hall. As my husband and I had experienced P.I. before and Preston West was conveniently close to the venue we opted to stay there. The outlook of the hotel is very pleasant and inviting. The arrival/checkin was both welcoming and efficiently completed. The rooms were clean and... More

Quality of mattress and quality of staff. The latter aspect also applies to the pub staff. On the downside, it must have taken three minutes for the hand basin hot tap to actually produce hot water. Good job I was not in a hurry to shave but think waste. The other negative was that Tanya on Reception did not have... More

Missleading adverisments. Rooms advertised as from £39 and the least expensive available at nearly double that price rather looks like sell one room at a loss to make the advertisment legal and make all the profit from the mugs who fell for the con. The same aplied to their Easter £19 promotion so heavily pushed by your staff. The only... More

Decided to stay here to combine visiting a friend in Preston, visiting friends in the Lakes and visiting the Albert Dock in Liverpool, so this was convenient for all of those things, but avoiding Preston Central. The staff on Reception were all really friendly and helpful, 'googled' something for us one morning and gave us tea and milk refills when... More

Premier Inn's can generally be relied on to be clean, decent value and sometimes with a restaurant or pub in close attendance, and this one is no exception. The rooms are a good size and well presented. The pub attached is a Hungry Horse chain establishment, and is ok. They have real beer, which is always a bonus. The food... More

Do not stay here until after the end of February. There was a big pothole in the approach lane. The SatNav I asked for was never delivered on mobile so when I got to Preston I had to ring the Inn to find out it was on one long road which was 30 mins away. The bathroom was filthy -... More
