I am a Best Western user. I frequently use the Peterborough hotel and have also used quite a few others. They are my first port of call if I just need a simple nights sleep. With this in mind I wanted somewhere to stay to avoid an early start, so BW Leamington seemed ideal. I booked a large double, and... More

Stayed for two nights with group of ladies for a get together. Hotel very tired and shabby. Was disappointed as we were all eating in the hotel and there was a function on so we were put in a small room on our own which was very dull and uninviting. The main course was awful. No lounge area to sit... More

Let me start by saying that I cannot fault the staff that I dealt with both over the phone whilst arranging my stay and also whilst I was there. I phoned the night before arriving and asked if I could be allocated a quiet room, and I was given a room that faced the back of the hotel and was... More

Rooms are a bit tired and the bar is not the most inviting, very dark a bit gothic.. Meals are ok along with breakfast but I'm just not impressed and try to avoid staying here if I can.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Falstaff and our opinion of this recent stay is exactly the same as previously. Okay, like many hotels around the country it is a bit tired and needs updating, but that can be overlooked when the most important things we value, ie customer service, cleanliness, and comfort are all of... The Falstaff has seen better days and is crying out for renovation. The decor is tired, the layout is haphazard, the car parks are a squeeze and soundproofing is a serious issue in the main body of the hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and experienced 2 different rooms (due to a mix up by the hotel). The first room... More

Booked with bookings.com Unfortunately, I have a few moans about this place, some of which were resolved by the hotel, but others which were not dealt with. 1. I had originally booked a double and twin room. I purposely booked a twin room as I know singles can be extremely small. I was frustrated when my room was in fact... More

I nearly did not book this hotel after reading some of the reviews on here. I am so glad that I did! Upon arrival at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised by the entrance of the hotel. The receptionist, Patrick, was very friendly polite and helpful. it was so nice to be greeted with a welcoming smile. There is ample... More

Had a scare when i was given the key to a room that had not been prepared. The previous occupants had certainly had a good time. All was well when i was offered an alternative which was fine. The type of hotel i would stay in for a night. It looks a little run down from the outside, but the... More
