Very cheap, 5 minutes walk to the racecourse, just don't expect any helpful staff. We were told on the desk that they didn't serve food on Saturday lunchtime (the menu in the room disagreed) and a request for coffee on Sunday morning didn't go down well. Overall, it's a bed at a very good price
