The room I had was clean and spacious. The staff were very courteous. My only issue with this hotel was the lack of parking. I had to park away from the building and walk. The bed was comfortable, the view was towards the back. The toilet was clean and all in all a pleasant stay.

The hotel has a sense of grandeur that dates back to the turn of the last century. Located in the centre of Manchester, it is close to most attractions. The rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was included in the room rate and was very hearty with healthy options available.

Stayed at the Midland for a Valentine's / Birthday weekend break and was very pleased with the price of our room. The decor was lovely, but the only thing that let it downn was the television and lack of other facilities I had anticipated.

I stay at this hotel at least once a month and have done so for the last 6 years. The service has been consistently good. The staff (all of them but especially breakfast and gym staff) are friendly efficient and always go the extra mile. If you like lattes Wilma is the one to ask!!!
