We stayed at this hotel whilst visiting Manchester for the rugby league magic weekend. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was spotless and well looked after. It is in a great position for all the amenities and right next to the Yang Sing resteraunt. On the day we checked they looked after our luggage until we... More

Good sized, clean twin room with very comfortable beds. Five minute walk to Palace Theatre. Helpful and friendly staff in all areas. Very good breakfast, could not ask for more and will stay again.

Good central location. Room was small but clean. Bathroom was a bit odd in the fact the whole floor was the floor for the shower. The shower had a half partion to prevent the shower water flowing over the toilet. Once showered all the floor remained wet for some time which made the bathroom difficult to use once dressed. No... For longer stays than 2 nights, you might want to be more particular. However, for a quick stay of 1 or 2 nights, this place does the trick. Some rooms are quoted as having a city view but don't be fooled, that ain't a view! Premium King rooms are of a dcent size. Bed and sleep quality kf a decent... More

Fantastic city centre location but still quiet for sleeping, Big modern, clean room. Pleasant staff. Car park 1 minute walk away. Breakfast not bad but could be improved. Fitness/gym is very small. Overall very good for a city hotel.

I chose this hotel as there are no Starwood Hotels in Manchester. We stayed here for 2 nights in the beginning of March 2012. The front desk staff was friendly enough. It's not a long cab ride from the train station. The room was decent. We had a nice sized double room for 3 of us. Room was clean and... More

The hotel is a referbished building, the refurbishment is to a very high standard. The staff and the service are excellent nothing is too much trouble. The whole place was very clean and we where upgraded... More

Very Spacious and clean. Bathroom was spacious too. We were expecially satisfied with it as we got the room at a phenomenal price of only 65pounds. (Normal price is 275pounds!!) We walked for 10 mins from Manchester Picadilly Station to get to the hotel. Hotel was conveniently located with shops & restaurants down the street and Gay Village just 3... More

We stayed at the Arora for a 2 night city break. We received a warm welcome from reception. We were on the fifth floor which was lovely and quiet. The room was very modern and clean. The bed was really comfy and the room had everything we needed, would definitely stay again!
