Amazing location two steps away from Kléber. Amazing staff. Maybe the rooms were not big enough for our expectations when coming to a hotel of this category, especially a Sofitel. but nice, modern, new and spotless. All in all, I will surely be back but probably ask for a superior room.

Reception staff were excellent and very helpful and kind. Excellent restaurant. Room was a bit on the small size but it is located in Europe after all. Great location to all of the local attractions and shopping. Definitely recommend.

The hotel has two great points: excellent location for walking around the old city and the best breakfast buffet of all. On the down side, it is fairly dated in the rooms and hallways, including a slight odor in these areas. My husband and i had a very pleasant stay at Sofitel. We specially appreciated the service with valet parking, front desk and breakfast. Perfekt with wlan. The hotel was easy to find and location is perfect with good access to shopping and sightseeing. We will comeback back.
