Calm, efficient hotel, big comfortable rooms and good service. Location a bit away from the action, but compensated by the quiet and calm surroundings. Breakfast room undersized for the number of guests and buffet food quality below average

We stayed here for a full week. Great suite, good beds, fabulous service with a smile, wonderful location accross the orangerie park which is super in the summertime with lots to see and to do for the kids. The hotel is 10 minutes from the city by car. I can recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The hotel has considerable virtues: I had a large room - suite, almost, with separate walk-in wardrobe, loo and bathroom, plus a kitchen "corner" with washing-up machine, microwave, hob, sink and fridge, comfortable sofa and chairs, and large balcony with table and chairs. Very clean and nicely furnished, comfortable rooms with small kitchens. Good for a long stay- quiet and pleasant- though woman at front desk rude and unhelpful and it seemed more like Paris! Across the street from L'Orangerie, a lively park with resident native storks, and nice Italuan restaurant next door. Highly recommended.

This hotel is basically a stopping-place for travelers on their way through Strasbourg. It is in a nice setting, just off the Orangerie but on the other side of the park from the European Parliament buildings. It was a pleasure to stay in Residence Jean-Sebastien Bach! Large apartment with enourmous balcony. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Buildings of ECHR and Council of Europe within walking distance. Free wifi was in lobby only. I would highly recommend!
