The room was comfortable and clean, would stay here again. Breakfast was good, but not very exciting if you don't like a cooked breakfast. The air conditioning was not very good, even when turned on as cold as possible and on full, the room was still too hot. Staff at the front desk were not very helpful when asking about... More

Four night break in Bordeaux spent at the Hotel Mercure Centre. Hotel rooms clean and reasonably appointed apart from very poor lighting in the room itself and only one cupboard, and that on the floor. No plug near a mirror although lighting in bathroom ( shower only) was very good. Fairly handy for the centre of the city, but too... More

We found the staff at this hotel to be rude and very unhelpful when we were in Bordeaux to do some sightseeing. This was from check in to check out. The rooms were fine, nothing special, bed was comfortable enough. Rooms were noisy with plenty of traffic outside. Location was ok, easy to get around Bordeaux by foot - we... More

Modern, clean and as a Hotel should be. The rooms were small, but effective. The rooms were all themed around famous movies, it was great for atmosphere. The resturant was very effectient, and the food servers was - good, but not excellent. The staff was very helpful. All the floors, and rooms, look identical. It is easy to get confused... More

the room is a bit old fashioned but clean. They should refresh and paint the rooms and corridors walls. Breakfast a bit expensive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed there for work but would not pay that price on my own.

A well managed hotel in the centre of Bordeaux at short walking distance of the Meriadeck shopping mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful and for a Mercure the restaurant is quite good .The public car park adjascent to the hotel allows a direct entry to the hotel lobby. The downturn to that district of Bordeaux is the noise... More

This hotel is about 10 minutes easy walk from the main railway station. The hotel is efficiently managed and rooms were clean. The resturant was closed when I was there in August. Suitable alternatives are in plentiful supply. My room was well furnished and clean. Staff very friendly and did their jobs in an efficent manner.

We stayed at this hotel for three days on the way to Sarlet. It was advertised to us as a four star hotel. It was far from that designation. Maybe I might give it two stars. It is located in a commercial and business center. Walking distances is necessary to get to many of the places of interest to vacationers.... More

Very well located just on the fringe of all that is Bordeaux. Short walk from the main mall and square. Very close to a shopping centre so you can access supermarket, bakery and a few shops. Really friendly helpful staff. Very efficient hotel that fulfills all your needs. Rooms are very spacious and clean with all the required facilities. Good... More
