I'm not sure how this hotel is ranked so high. It is outside the city and a few blocks to the nearest tram. Room was average, bed good size, bathroom small. Adequate hotel in a scruffy part of Bordeaux but linked to the centre by bus direct from the front door or tram a 7 minute walk away. Good food though in restaurant with a decent breakfast and mostly friendly staff.

It is a very nice hotel five minutes walk from a tram and a bus stop just outside the breakfast was alright the rooms were comfy and clean and the staff friendly

Modern typical of the Mercure chain but about 20 mins drive from the main hub and sights of Bordeaux - there are better location to stay at. Clean, modern, tidy hotel with particularly helpful reception staff and a ten minute walk to the River for bars and restaurants.

Rooms are a bit tight for a 4 stars hotels but the bed is very comfortable . The location is great : if you walk 5 mns on the cours Saint-emilion you arrive on the "quai de la garonne" with shops retaurants and Tramway facilities if you want to go into the very centre for 1.40 euros one way ...... Within the Mercure chain of hotels this is a gem. Close to the city centre (10 minutes walking, tram connects also), totally quiet but with the necessary bit of infrastructure (bar, restaurant, shopping facilities) in and around the house.
