Room was a good size and vary handy for the train station and trams. Only down sides were,my jacket being stolen from the room, so worth being extra careful with valuables, and the fact that the area is not the best at night time.

For those who need to have the railway station near the hotel for some reason , this hotel is OK. Good location close to St Jean Railway station and within a 5 minutes walk to the tram station that takes you to the downtown. The price was excellent but they missed to bring on the wifi access. The room was clean, well distributed, a full size bed and a full size bathroom (shower). All in all an excellent deal.

I was surprised to find such a good quality hotel in a more poor part of Bordeaux. Very good breakfast.Clean and high stanndard rooms. Excellent when you go further by train the next day. Highly recommendable.

Good service. Clean and comfortable rooms. They did mess up my booking which meant they called me at 1.00am to find out why I had double booked a room (which I had not). But overall, they were very helpful.
