If you are looking for a soulless, sterile chain hotel with all of the amenities, this is not for you. If, however, you are looking for charm, good service and a lovely regional sense, we recommend this highly. Every room is different and ours was certainly pleasant. It was larger than we are used to in continental hotels and was... More

We found it easily by crossing road outside station and catching tram to Quinconces. Just had to cross the road and head up the first street to the right...only a few doors up. First impressions not good: faded old carpet, half painted walls, modem and exposed wiring in ceiling. However the room was comfortable and clean enough and location good.... More

This hotel has everything you would expect from a European 3 Star Hotel. Small but cozy rooms and very friendly service. I loved that I could open the window and take advantage of the nightly breeze. The breakfast is nice but you can probably do better out in town for the same price. The highlight of the hotel is the location... More

This hotel is an adequate hotel, but in a great location. There is a tram stop right by the hotel, and it is right in the middle of old town with tons of restaurants and bars. If you drive, the parking garage is quite expensive, as are many in Europe. Breakfast is expensive, but right next door is a cafe... More

Lovely little B&B style hotel. It is right in the middle of the city (ideal for the Christmas Market) and a very short walk from the tram stop. Staff very warm and friendly and breakfast was excellent (typically continental). The room was a reasonable size, clean and tidy if a little dated. Small lift to all floors but room only... More

So central. Reasonably priced. Decor a bit jaded, but perfectly fine for a couple of nights stop over.

We booked this hotel as it was very convenient for all things in Bordeaux and the price was also right. The only small draw back of this hotel was that it did not have its own bar but had a breakfast room. Very clean rooms and attentive staff. This is a very typical French Hotel. The tram system in Bordeaux... More

When we checked in, I explained to the desk clerk that I needed a quiet room, and she selected a great location. Unfortunately, the A/C did not work. Supposedly, a technician serviced the unit and I was told that it had been fixed, but it had not. I requested a room with a functioning A/C but the hotel was fairly... More

Firstly, the location, just 200 ft from the tram stop, is outstanding. Kudos for Bordeaux's tram, easy, fast & cheap. It's a great transfer from the train station. There are also several excellent restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The room was barely large enough to accommodate our 2 suitcases, though it was clean. Breakfast, even by European standards, was weak.... More

Positioned near everything, clean (a bit 'dusty' atmosphere but fits perfectly), kind personnel. Will come back for sure.
