Hotel is budget, tiny rooms, moderate price was normal for biarritz during summer! Staff weren't really hospitable... Location is the only good point to make! I would'nt go back! 450e for 5 nights during aug! I agree with most of the other negative reviews!

Never again! We've been with children at the "roses trianon". The rooms were dirty, small, with no real toilet door.The bedsheets and blankets weren't clean. These unhygienical conditions made us to want to leave after one night. Big surprise: the owner and his partner didn't allow us to leave...They said to us that it is an obligation in their hotel...
