I am with a tour of pre war cars; approximately 104 people. We had 7 of our crew get stuck in an elevator. The staff at the hotel declared that it was not an emergency. The had no key, the lift emergency button did not work, the lift phone was put of order, and the staff seemingly did not care....

Although in many ways this is a fairly typical Ibis & provides what you expect (clean basic rooms) it is slightly more upmarket than other hotels I have stayed in from this chain.

This is an excellent Ibis, but you need to be careful about which room you use. Some are much bigger others. It's a shame that the restaurant doesn't do dinner on Sunday. Classic Ibis style for the reception, rooms and the rest. Nothing to be disappointed about. Rooms are small but clean and quiet. Beds are not of the soft kind, although decent.

Very good location for exploring Beaune. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel was clean but the beds were a little hard ! There were plenty of areas to sit and chat.

We stopped for one night in the charming city of Beaune and stayed at this hotel. Room was tiny but absolutely clean and neat. Bathroom was very clean too, the tub was half the size of a normal one though. I guess the first receptionist we met wasn't in her better mood for she gave evasive answers without even looking...
