Smallest rooms imagineable. Not suitable for more than one occupant and need to be of below average height. Some furniture had to be moved to hallway to get suitcase in. Given the rooms the beautiful indoor pool really incongruent. The staff were friendly except for the middle aged blonde ?manager. Agressive, bull of a woman. Rudest I have ever met... More

In spite of the fact that the room was small, there was everything there, especially the parking space in the locked parking below the building, a rare advantage just in the centre of town. However I did not quite get how to leave the parking space after paying my bill. It seems there is a problem there. One needs to... More

When looking for a hotel in the center of Dijon, with parking available, we decided on this one. The room itself was fine, but there were significant problems, which warnings had been posted about online. The construction of the tramline makes it extremely difficult to find and to drive to. THe desk clerk appeared really jaded--too many tourists, too little... More

Although this hotel was clean, the rooms were VERY tiny. Had to keep windows open for ventilation, then had noise from street and smoke drifiting up from the smokers. Bring earplugs. More

This is a hotel chain where you can be fairly sure that you will get a reasonable standard. Indeed, the beds were very comfortable, the room was small but well equipped, good windows which kept out any possible noise from the station. We didn't hear a thing. Shower was blocked when we arrived but they sorted this out immediately. Staff... More

My husband and I stayed for one night recently. We were allocated a twin room which consisted of a very compact but modern bathroom (shower over bath, basin), two small single beds which were very close together and we could barely walk around, a small desk and chair, tiny wardrobe and good sized TV. The room was clean and relatively... More

Stay here only if you desperately need a room for the night. The check-in experience was depressing. The clerk kept me waiting for several minutes as he watched his various monitor screens, then managed to complete the check-in procedure without making eye contact once. He was abrupt. Somebody needs to give this man some training in customer service. The bed... More

Although there's always something fun to watch out the windows...It's hard to imagine a noisier place to attempt sleep. The busiest intersection in town is literally below the windows. Open a window and the room was filled with the smell of exhaust, keep the window closed and the room was often too hot to inhabit. To the left, freight trains,... More

My 20 year old daughter and another young lady travelled from Newcastle to Dijon as they are studying at the university for 6 months. As they were due to arrive in Dijon fairly late in the evening, they booked a room at this hotel and planned to go to the university the next day to sort out their accommodation. On... More
