Camped here on many occasions while touring France on my motorcycle. One of the nicest campsites in France. Its a short walk to the Chateau and the town centre. “Lovely site”

Great location, shade from trees, riverside, chateau across river. Free access to municipal swimming pool next door (pick up ticket from campsite reception). Facilities cleaned regularly. Bread van arrives each morning, good restarants within 5 mins walk. Quiet each night by about 10:30pm (can hear music from show in chateau grounds 6:30-10:00 or so, but not intrusive).

“Peace and tranquillty reigns at this perfect familly type site”

Having visited this site each year for the last 25 years I always look forward to returning. Site is clean and well kept. It is also a big bonus if you are a fisherman. River runs through site
