We stayed for 8 nights during July, we found Thierry & Raphael to be excellent hosts, our room was clean and what we expected in rural france, the pool was excellent and the other guests friendly to say the least!
The only down side would be they could do with some cookery lessons and replace the parasols with plain white...

While L'Hotentyque has the potential to be the "charming" venue that the
website describes, the poor hygiene and "laissez-faire" attitude of the proprietors leaves a lot to be desired.
Filthy bathrooms, very poorly maintained public areas, dog poo and flies everywhere!
