Stayed at the Jackotel in '01 It was VERY reasonable Clean Good Room.
Think of Red Roof in US Parking for car Desk Clerk was most helpful.
Didn't speak English but got an English Speaker. Great advice on Restaurants. Plan on staying again next trip through Orleans

New hotel thoroughly hidden on St. Aignan's church square a couple blocks from the Loire and a very short walk from the cathedral. Our room large with big window and bath. Very quiet.
