We stayed overnight on the way to Auxerre. The rooms are on the small side, but we had no noise from the nearby road. This is a very well situated hotel a few hundred yards from the fabulous cathedral. It is clean, bright and airy, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and a good continental choice. Cheap and cheerful, right by the river, no complaints.

A big increase in price for a one night in December 2012 that was 76.20 euros to 110.60 euros in April 2013. Whilst appreciate the hotel has been refurbished, there was no complementary Tea or Coffee in the room. Also the breakfast provided has not improved.

Excellent location, a bit pricy. Cold food breakfast only. Children enjoyed the family conrner with kids laptops for different ages. The room for 4 is very good size, we didn't feel squashed. Not a far walk from Martel cave tour. Parking is 11 euros. Very friendly staff and allowed us to use car park after we checked out.

Clean, quiet hotel. Room was a bit small. Friendly service. Coffee and tea available at all times, good! Breakfast was adequate. Overall, a good experience, I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends or colleagues for a short stay. .
