Our private tour of 28 people used many of the rooms and none found them good. Ours was small, excessively hot ( and impossible to cool). Bed was small and uncomfortable. Had a lovely balcony room, which was really good value. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and made some good recommendations for local eating, There is no private parking, but plenty of space on the street at a small cost. The hotel is well located, only 5 mins walk into town. Had a pleasant stay.

The Kyriad Reims Centre is very well located close to the centre of Reims, a 10 minute walk from all the major sights and restaurants. Very helpful,friendly and well informed staff.Couldn't do enough for us. Hotel is well situated with secure underground parking close by - you can also park in the street opposite for short periods(free from 9pm to 9 am). Visitor attractions close by,easily reached on foot. Nice breakfast although breakfast room a bit small.

I thought the hotel was very clean, modern and nice. The gal working that night when we checked in was very helpful and the man working in the morning when we checked out also very helpful I would go back because of location, price and comfort.
