We just spent 4 nights at the Artus and it was fabulous. We were upgraded to a split level room on the 4th floor. Very well located and felt more like 4* than a 3*. Close to metro and plenty of places to eat on the door step. Rooms not huge but big enough and lovely bathroom. Free Wi-Fi was useful.
