I loved my experience in Paris in this Hotel. Lovely and quiet while still across from the 7th and close to the 1st. The view- as with all Shangri-La hotels is unmatched. The price for 4 nights at €1,200 per night was high since the spa and pool were unfinished, but the service was very welcome. The car picked us... More

Dear Sergiozy, Thank you for having taken the time to let us know your experience at Shangri-La Hotel Paris. Following our telephone conversation earlier this week, I also feel disappointed about your staying experience. Rest assured that all your comments were shared with the concerned departments. An action plan is already in place to improve on our weaknesses. Thank you... More

Truly a divine hotel...a haven in the heart of Paris. This hotel has been beautifully renovated and is steeped in history. The room we stayed in had a perfect Tour Eiffel view and we truly felt pampered from the moment we arrive. The staff are wonderfully helpful, discreet and accommodating and the concierge is a true professional, with a wealth... More

Shangri La in Paris is a beautiful hotel with nice rooms, nothing out of the ordinary though. The location is excellent as it is a walking distance away from the main attraction of the Eiffel Tower. We found the atmosphere of the hotel a bit gloomy and whilst it is a beautiful hotel we were not overly impressed. The concierge... More

If you're holding the folding, and don't mind spending it on a hotel, then there is little better to spend it on than the Shangri-La in Paris. Sumptuous rooms, impeccable service, great food, all at an eye-watering price. Who cares, if you're on expenses? More

We were fortunate enough to organise our wedding cocktail, dinner and party at the Shangri-La in Paris. Cecile, the Events Sale Manager, was extremely flexible in accommodating our various (many!) needs and requests and helped us to make this a truly unforgettable experience. Even as we had additional requests in the days and hours before the wedding ceremony, she was... More

Recently had the opportunity to sample some of the best-reputed hotel products Paris has to offer--a stunning selection at some pretty stunning prices. The Shangri-La was far and away the winner: superb location, fantastic staff and service and unquestionably the very best room with a view (and fabulous terrace) in Paris, Suite 306. This property is luxurious and comfortable, but... More

We travel on a regular basis and typically stay at American Express fine hotels. Shangri-La was not on the Amex list, but it certainly should be! This was by far the finest hotel experience we have ever had. This hotel should be Number 1 in Paris! As an accountant and number cruncher at heart, I realized that the newness of... More
