Paris is very expensive....these little apartments are budget-friendly, considering, and well located near metro line, train station, grocery store, pharmacy, bakeries and chocolateries. Well located, friendly efficient staff, very clean, our room was a little tired, however the amenities were there and they worked, only recommendations would be for air conditioning or at least ceiling fans, and laundry facilities in each apartment. More

Used Citadines apartment in Paris before and very good but this is not one. Dated room in poor condition hole kicked into bedroom door and bathroom mould and not cleaned. Only stayed one night and happy to be out of hotel. Attached picture of hotel room. More

We splashed out on the 2 bedroom club apartment for three nights and had a fantastic time. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony and bedroom windows. The Citadines apartment hotels are great value. We had a kitchen, a loung/dining room, separate bathroom and toilet, and a decent sized-bedroom. Several supermarkets, boulangeries, and delis in the area make it easy to eat in and save plenty of money by avaoiding expensive restaurants. More

We stayed here for 5 nights in October 2011. The positives? Staff were helpful and patient with us seeing we can't speak French. Excellent location near the Rueilly-Diderot Metro and Gare de Lyon a bit further. You can easily travel all over Paris from here.
