The hotel staff duped us of 100 € by misinforming us that breakfast is included in the room rent and despite knowning it wasn't, we belived him and ended up paying 100€ for 2 days. The saddest part is while checking out we saw another customer complaining the same thing while checking out, so I think its a routine practice.... More
