Staff is well prepered and the size of the room is great for Paris standards. I highly rexommend it apecially if you will stay for a ling period of time! :) very good rooms however not so good location (but next to the metro).

Grubby room. Nothing worked correctly, internet, fridge, toilet. Long way from centre. Dead neighborhood, Its like a scene from the film 'La Heine'. And wierd old guys lurking around the place.

The service provided by front desk recption is superb - English speaking and helpful. Esther in particular was wonderful. I went to Paris this month and had the opportunity to stay in this hotel. It was very well appointed with silverware, plates, pots, stove, powerful stereo system. It was very clean, the staff is very friendly, speak English. The location is in a quite residential area with no traffic noise.

The pillows were terrible, room was clean, handy kitchen. we had a pull out couch made into a bed. overall the hotel location is close to Gare de Lyon, would I stay there again, no. the bed was the main issue. It reminded me of the holiday Inn.
