Great location to see the Paris. But you need room without street-view window (it's very noisy). The apartment has fine equipment and all facilities on the small kitchen. 3 station metro, bus stop situated a few meters from hotel's door. On week-end near hotel opens large market, it's especially good on Sunday, when all shops stop work.

Stayed here for 5 nights and would again. Very, very basic rooms but clean and staff was always helpful and polite. Bed was comfortable and yes, I could hear an occasional metro rumble but I'm a super light sleeper and it never woke me. The location of this property is its only redeeming feature. The Monoprix, metro & great cafes/bars within steps of the front door made up for the shabby and dated interior and the constant rumble of the underground metro (could not hear the elevated train) on the 3rd floor. Lovely place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. Room seizable and comfortable and well furnished. Terrific view of the tower from our room, (6th floor) convinient for cafes shop and transport ( metro and bus)
