Do not stay at this hotel at any cost. Very dirty, tiny rooms, broken furniture, uncleaned bathroom, terrible service at the front desk, loose electric sockets, windows that don't shut (noisy), dodgy looking stains on carpet , smell of urine everywhere ....... We didn't actually book this hotel, we originally booked Eiffel Villa Garibaldi but when we arrived they didn't have a room (refurbishing, bed not delivered) and had re-booked us (without our knowledge) here. This was quite possibly the worst service I have ever received from a public service. I have never experienced such rude, inexperienced management in my life. Hotel on top of the disgraceful service was horrific, dated and dingy. I strongly recommend not to stay here. More
