We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. We were so pleased when we arrived and saw our suite! What a room with a view! King size bed and a living room with a balcony overlooking the city. The hotel manager, Jean-Baptiste Noel, was so helpful and managed to be everywhere. He took great... More

I have stayed recently at this hotel and enjoyed the central location not far away from the shops like Galeries Lafayette. We have booked a standard room but we were very surprised about the tiny room we got. Not enough place to keep 2 adults and 2 suitcases. It was very dark, the carpet looked very old and dirty. Allready... More

Dear Marg112, Thank-you for commenting about your stay with us. I was very sorry to read about the issues you encountered. It is true the our Club Rooms are larger and more comfortable however the size of the standard rooms is normal for a Parisian hotel. Also you can be sure that we have handled the issue you had at... Wow! We booked this hotel as part of a Eurostar Package, staying 3 nights. The price was mid range at about £585 for travel and 3 nights hotel accomodation in May, 11th to 14th. It was our anniversary and I had emailed hotel in advance requesting a double bed and upgrade if possible. Our expectations were exceeded when we were... More

I booked this hotel through Travelzoo and managed to get a rate of approximately £110.00 per night which I thought was respectable for central Paris. The hotel was booked approximately 3 months prior to travel during which time we had several emails to the hotel with request for additional beds and upgrades. I must say that the hotel staff were... This hotel is really well located, with hundreds of affordable various restaurants around. The staff is really great, from the front desk to the manager and the cleaning staff. Vincent is always ready to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The WIFI internet worked well and is FREE. Kudos to the staff and theur great spirit. More

I can't believe this hotel has a four star overall rating. Stayed for one night as a transit stop and it was just awful. The carpet had stains, the chain lock was broken and the lock on the door wouldn't turn. When I called reception they told me to hold on for technician who never came. I called again 15... More

Dear Purplebasquiat, I was very concerned to read your comments and I can only apologize if your perception of the hotel was not up to your satisfaction. It is indeed not acceptable to have a broken chain on the door and this room should not have been let to you. We are taking the Health and Safety of our guests... More

Stayed here with my boyfriend on a 3 night break - we got a Travelzoo offer for the hotel which meant that for the price of a standard room we got upgraded to a Club room (bigger room, nicer decor and bathrobes/slippers!) and got breakfast (worth 15 Euros per person per day). I was very impressed with the hotel -... More
