The worst internet access ever seen before. Small room. Hall and corridors looks very "used". But good location near metro and transfer to airport - I can recommend this area as one of the safest place to stay in Paris. More

If you need to be at the congress centre (100 m) and you don't want to pay the premium and stay at a huge hotel Villa des Ternes is the prefect little hotel, friendly staff, nice self-service hotel bar and clean, albeit small rooms. The metro is also within easy walking distance. More

The hotel was fine, not extravagant, not dirty. We only spent time there to sleep and shower. While the bathrooms are large enough, the room was small even for Paris. That can be overlooked however it had very firm bed and low quality scratchy sheets. We did not eat at the restaurant but the service was helpful and friendly. More
