Situated on the outskirts of Paris next to Canal St Martin, this Hotel was Basic but covered all your needs, Breakfast was continental, but very pleasant. Reception staff were very helpful, ideal for walking to Paris sightseeing, and close to Metro ( Gard de L'Est )

Not so Great hotel, Avg. breakfast. Neighborhood is by the St Martin Canal...its 3 blocks from Gare de L'Est. the reception staff is quite helpfull...bt the rooms are so so small...nt so proper lightings in the rooms..toilets are way too smaller...seems like a compromise being done while construction...lift seems to be working on grace period...interior is old fashioned 70's inspired...

Specific requests (double bed and extra pillows) not applied and ground floor room not the best. We were moved to the fourth floor (double bed) and extra pillows arrived eventually. Room impeccably clean and breakfast really quite good (chilled items chilled!). I probably wouldn't stay again. Good Catalan/Normand restaurant nearby.

Great hotel, reasonably priced, good breakfast. Neighborhood is by the St Martin Canal 3 blocks from Gare de L'Est. Lots of cafe's and restaurants in the area. Can get a little noisey on Saturday night, so sleep with the windows closed.

Spent here an unforgettable vacation with my wife, celebrating our 10 years anniversary. Our room was small, but functional, we had all we need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was perfect and the location is close to public transport, so easy to explore the city.
