I stay in this hotel on a very regular basis for business and it is in a great location, really efficient and friendly staff and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable. It is expensive for what it is, but then all hotels in Paris are this way. In this hotel, at least, you know what you are paying... More

The standard of customer service & cleanliness of the hotel was great. The location was also good, close to the large department stores so good for shopping; plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby to chose from and also easy walking distance to some of the key tourist attractions. I have stayed in other hotels in Paris, so know that... More

A lot of people mention that the rooms are small. But we thought the size was good (room 203). Even I who was on crutches, managed to move around in the room alright. The only thing we felt was missing was a suitcase stand, but that wasn't a real problem. The room was nice and clean, the staff very friendly,... More

After arriving by train from the Normandy coast, the hotel was an easy walk from Gare St Lazare. We arrived around midday and didn't expect our room to be ready, but the hotel were very happy to store our luggage. We set off for a long walk around Montmarte and returned later in the afternoon. Our room was small and... More

Just returned from a three night break at this hotel. The location is excellent, right by Saint Lazare station, with plenty of shops and cafes in the area. Our room, 109, was small but spotlessly clean. Not too sure about the disposable paper cups on the tea tray, as that means if you make a coffee when you get in... More

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. We had booked a room one above the basic but were upgraded to one of their biggest rooms so size was not an issue. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet even with the window open (it was facing into the central... More

Stayed here 3 nights. Plan was for 4 nights but when I landed they said they had oversold and had no room. This could have been a disaster but they did an amazing job finding me an alternative hotel for the night and upgraded me for the rest of the trip. The rooms are smallish but the location is just... The location of this hotel is hard to beat - a two-minute walk to Gare St Lazare and within easy walking distance of lots of other sites. The room was comfortable, and reasonably well appointed. The breakfasts - both in the restaurant and the Express Breakfast - were great value and quality although I must admit a couple of times... More

The hotel is well situated for shopping, transport ( near station and tubes) and there are several bistro type restaurants to hand. The bedrooms are typical for Paris and small although reasonably well appointed. There is a lack of drawers for personal effects although the wardrobe did have a safe. There are no shelves in the bathroom for overnight bag... More

Stayed here for short Paris break with friends. Very professional service with friendly helpful staff. Clean, modern and friendly ambience.Good value. Travelling with friends. We each stayed in small bedrooms - fully equipped, modern and comfortable.Overlooked side street but remarkably slight noise disturbance considering we were in Paris.
