We stayed here for a couple of nights in Oct '08. This place was perfect for the price and location. It is located within 15 min. walking distance to 3 different Metro stations. There is also one a little further away on the other side of the Jardin du Luxembourg. The hotel itself is located one block west from the... More

We stayed here for a night. The hotel is located just far enough away from the centre of Paris to be out of the immediate tourist zone and to give the impression that actual people who live in Paris might be nearby, but not so far away that it's not walking distance. While the room was simply furnished, the furniture... More

The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you if you always start with bonjour madam or monsieur , say s'il vous plait when asking for help, merci for thank you, and au revoir for goodbye, you will find the vaste majority of French people , including Parisians, very charming and helpful. Manners are all important and those few words... More

50 metres away from Jardin du Luxemburg, but that is the only advantage. The hotel is old and shabby (NOT shabby-shick shabby). Small rooms everyone is used to in Paris, but that was something else. The thinnest towels imaginable. Pink, at that. And bluest walls. Colour blind designer. Polyester linen. Smallest pillows. No minibar. No shampoo. Tiny bath (they charge... More

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend recently. We chose it based on the reviews on tripadvisor and also the apparent good location on googlemaps. Neither my friends or I are very familiar with Paris. It was a great area to stay- really close to Jardin du Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Metro stop- where trains run directly to... More

We were a family of 5 staying in two rooms. The triple room was very small and in general the rooms could use renovation. The bathrooms were clean but the tubs need a shower curtain to avoid bathroom flooding - not sure why hotels in France do not have a shower curtain for bath tubs!! Located right next to the... More

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the Metro and St. Germaine, Jardins de Luxembourg and great shopping. Rooms are very small (which is faily typical in Paris) and , but newly decorated. The beds are low to the ground. I had a sore back and found it hard to get up. Colors are nice but... More

We unfortunately arrived in Paris during Fashion Week and accommodation was hard to get. We were advised that this hotel had a cancellation so we jumped at it. Lady in reception was less than helpful and very rude. She was only smiley smiley when she sold us a bus tour. She obviously gets a commisssion. We Paid 165 euros a... More

Nice little spot. This is not a luxury hotel, don't recall the amenities being special but everything was clean. He brought us our breakfast which consisted of pastries and coffee. I would stay there again. More

I always stay here when I visit Paris and one could get a room at any time but with the internet things have changed & it's not so easy anymore. On 2 occasions I had a room on the top floor - nor good, very small & very hot. The staff are not usually very helpful. The position is brilliant... More
