The 2 male staff were fine but the lady was very sharp & curt. Demanding payment as soon as we arrived and unhelpful when asked questions. We had a room "outside" which was also where the smokers went so very noisy. Room very tired, needed decorating, no bath & stains on carpet & ceiling.

we enjoyed the stay. the breakfast was a little overpriced. the room had cobwebs at the ceiling. we checked in before 12 which was not a problem. A room was already available. All in all I would do it again but 90 Euro per night are quite a sum.

Good location near several underground lines, supermarkets, shops, shopping center Gallerie Laffayette Montparnasse. Don't book a room next to the lift as you will not sleep and don't take too much clothes with you as not much space to open your suitcase and hang your clothes. Good location however and nice check in staff.

This Ibis hotel is well situated in the 14th Arr. Close to Railway and Metro connections. Good Brasserie on the corner. Staff at the hotel is helpful and go out of their way to be of assistance.
