This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very comfortable - the staff quite courteous. In addition, make sure to have the breakfast, the selection of cheeses, pastries etc is much more than you'd typically expect of an Ibis elsewhere. the staff were very firiendly and directed us to a very good Indian restaurant. The breakfast was good. The room needed to be freshly decorated, I was woken by the sound of another guest in another room going to the toilet., so sound proofing would resolve this problem. More

My husband and I stayed here as part of a Trafalgar tour. We found the front staff, no matter who was on duty, to be very helpful and friendly. They all spoke English, which was nice for us. There are several nearby eateries. Our room was clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We easily walked to the Metro station. More
