The hotel is within walking distance to most areas in Paris. The location is safe and clem. The rooms are TINY. We had a double room, hate to see a single. The rooms did, however, had all the amenities that are essential. Service is good and the included breakfast is typically French (bread, meat and cheese, juice and coffee).

Stayed here for 2 weeks. The room was small, the shower created a river everytime you used it, and the staff were rude and short with you. Additionally, the location is an 8 minute walk to the nearest RER, but a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro. For the price, I would not recommend.

Good location in Latin quarter, close to RER B Luxembourg garden - in-city railway, connects to Metro and CDG T2. Very convenient! Didn't try the restaurant, but just round the corner is a nice coffee and croissants place. Rooms are really small but clean indeed, noisy because many rooms at the floor. We just returned from a stay at the Hotel Andre Latin. After reading some of the reviews I was a little afraid to stay there but since I was with a grop I had no choice. If you are going and just need a place to stay overnight so you can sight see during the day this hotel is great.... More

The locations ok and the rooms comfortable though small. The breakfast is a joke. It's served in the basement with very little room to sit. This hotel was used purely to visit the sites, it didn't let us done at all as most sites were nearby and a short walk. The surrounding area was pleasant and safe as well.
