Only one of the staff members was helpful all the others were rude, unaccommodating and dismissive. The hotel doesn't have an clothing iron at all. Great value for money in a great location. If you're expecting something fancy then this isn't the place for you, but we spent 4 nights in this hotel and for €75 a night we had all the comfort, cleanliness and level of service we could have wanted! Merci beaucoup!
