Hotel is very clean, our room was just renewed. We paid 78 euros per night and it was a great deal, since we saw that regular price was as twice as higher. Location is strategic because very close to Montparnasse underground station, which is a crossroad of several lines, ideal to reach everywhere in the city quickly. Last, but not... More

Room SMALL, not so dirty, noisy from the street, needs better sound proofing. Slighty depressing interior. But generally ok. More

This place is depressing. My husband and I have been traveling for 11 months around the world and this is hands down the grossest place we have stayed. I cannot believe we are paying $170+ a night for a 1-star hotel (by US standards). Our room is on the fifth floor and it smells like mildew and sewer, the paint... More

This was our first trip to Paris...I searched for a long time to find something that wasn't completely over the top with their prices...the weekend we went to Paris most hotels were booked - i realised you really need to book in advance! This place was good value for money. The room was good, not very big but then no... More

good location for metro, and good variety of bars and restaurants on the square here, rooms slightly hostel'ish, though ours was on top floor and huge, bathroom good size and functional though decoration well out of date, an OK experience, though not a hotel you will remember over fondly, 2* More

Like everyone said, the rooms are indeed small. But I suspect every 3* hotel in Paris has small rooms, so theres nothing you can do. Good things about the hotel: Very well position indeed. 30 walking steps from the subway station. Lots of restaurants, and amusements near the hotel. The Montparnasse Tower, that is the tallest tower in Paris, and... More

I loved this hotel! My room was small but I had large windows that opened out to the streets. It is a very busy loud area but it is the buzz of the city. The Metro is literally right in front of the hotel. There are TONS of great cafes and restaurants right here. Also there is an internet cafe... More

The room was small for two, bath was clean and big. The location is very good, 1 min walking to metro and Montparnasse Central Station, with direct bus to Orly and CDG airport. Too many restaurants and cafe in the area, safe zone to walk. Great for young people. I will stay there again. More
