We were given a handicapped room, without any notice. The room was okay, but the bathroom did not have a shower or a bath. There was just a whole in the floor. There was no way to use the toilet without getting your feet wet since the floor was always wet. For the money that i paid for this room,... More

Hotel is just okay. If you have any problems, do not expect help from the staff. I was mugged 5 feet from the front door when entering, my ipad stolen. I chased the man, while the "security guard did nothing. I asked 3 different people to call the police...was told to go to the police station and given a map.... More

Dear Guest, I am deeply sorry for the attack and theft which you have experienced on the street near the hotel. I hope you feel better. I totally understand your confusion and anxiety after such a situation. I want to emphasize that is extremely rare and we have never known such incident, the district is known for its tranquility and... More

I wasn't left overly impressed by this hotel unfortunately. In a city that is pebble-dashed with Metro and RER stops, this hotel seems to be in quite a black spot and is a bit of a walk to the nearest metro. Don't let the fact that Gare Montparnasse is on the doorstep fool you into thinking a metro is close... More

Great location for this hotel, not quite as close to the Gare Montparnasse trains as the title would lead you to believe but not bad nonetheless. Disappointed in the little things like, no tea & coffee making facilities, no iron (when one did arrive it was antiquated with frayed cord with the smallest most useless ironing board in the world),... If you're a couple looking for a charming, romantic little pensione tucked away in some discreet corner of Paris this is not the place. I don't mean this in a bad way, I'm just saying this hotel is better suited for tourist families or business people coming in or out of the Gare Montparnasse. If this is you, the Novotel... More

Me and my wife have stayed there for 7 nights. The room was quite new, it was cleaned every day and there was no shortage of coffee and tea in the room, but the double bed size was too small for us, an average sized couple. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory, no need to find one on the streets nearby. Staff... More

The hotel is about 10-15 mins walk to Pasteur station so wasn't as convenient as I had hoped for as I was travelling with my young daughter. However, this is well compensated by the size of the room which fits a queen size bed and a 2-seater sofa bed (at no extra charge). Breakfast at the hotel was decent but... More

The hotel was great for our purpose - a young married couple in Paris for a week. The rooms were large with a sofa, good size bed, bath, shower and free wifi. We booked on last minute.com and got a great deal but, from what I saw, the regular prices were quite high. The area is great and there are four... More

My family of 10 booked 3 rooms for 2 nights before going to Lourdes March 26-28 and the hotel staff allowed us to leave all our luggages..11 of them in the hotel since we will be returning to the same hotel after 2 nights... and it really made life easy for our group which included children ages 9 to 14.,...
