Small and cozy hotel, very well situated in a nice neighborhood! Lots of restaurants and cafés , close to metro stations, and Bon Marchée. We really enjoyed staying in this part of Paris!!! More

The Placide is a nice boutique hotel - the only downsize is that it lacks a bit of atmosphere ... the rooms are well decorated but in need of a bit of TLC ... and they are much smaller and not as airy and bright as they appear in the website. Concierge was not very helpful on our stay even... More

This hotel satisfies all the criteria for a proper boutique hotel. Superb location with metro station less than 5 mins walk away. Wonderful staff who really do make you feel welcome in a personal way without crowding you out. Great help in securing restaurant tables and good recommendations for alternatives (probably better than original choices in fact :) Comfy beds!... More

Great location & excellent service by the people who work there, very friendly and attentive! Very small and quaint. Near many cool bistros and good shopping. Walking distance to everything (and metro). Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location for true French culture and away from the commercial areas. More
