- Le Bon Port Hotel

This hotel is similar to an American seaside motel resort. It is on a hill going south out of town on Route Port Vendres. Being on a hill gives it a wonderful view of the quaint and charming harbor. Town is a 20 or 30 minute very scenic walk downhil. Of course, it's uphill returning.
We arrived on the week...

We loved our stay here. We had a triple room with a terrace. Well worth the extra. Imagine a glass of wine looking over the harbour. Breathtaking. Room was not huge but since we spent any time in the room our time either on the terrace or in bed asleep, it did not really matter. Room was functional, clean and...

We booked a double and a family room for four in May of this year. The rooms were clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The view of Collioure was spectacular. We did not take the breakfast, prefering fruit and bakery goods from the excellent little shops a four minute walk down the street. Parking in Collioure is a problem,...

Would rather rate this place a 3.5 than a 4, but not an option on TripAdvisor. Beautiful coastal town, and the view from Le Bon Port is really pretty. The rooms are decent, but not great. More functional than anything, and they've seen better days, I'm sure. Good shower. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in (a theme for us...

We choose this hotel for the location - views of the harbour/fort/town and because they offer parking which can be a problem in Collioure. The pluses were the warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist who spoke perfect english, car parking, the views from the balcony and pool terrace and the fact that you could stroll to the port and...

We stayed with our children aged 8 & 11 in a quadruple room with a sea view. The room was very clean but somewhat small ( not much room once the kids' double sofa bed was rolled out!). Never the less, a lovely walk into the beautiful town, close to a great swimming beach & we didn't spend much time...

Absolutely charming and helpful hostess but .... very averagehotel rooms and facilities ! Tatty bathrooms, mouldy baskets at breakfast and cracked cups and bowls. Stunning view, tiny pool and, really, don't book the garden rooms because they are basically in a fairly averagely appointed shed. Disappointing and overpriced.

The hotel is really well situated a pleasant 10 minute walk from the centre of town. We did get taxis to & from the train station though, as the station was another 5-10 minutes further and there are a few little hills & it was hot.
We had 2 rooms side by side, a balcony overlooking the spectacular harbour, beautiful!!...

We returned this year to find the staff as friendly, the rooms as clean, the air-con still working and, of course, the location as good and the view from the balcony over-looking the harbour just as wonderful. And the pool was warm!!
