Booked this hotel from w------m, looking at it on their site one would think, as we did, what a nice hotel, wrong, on arriving we was shown to our room via a piped carpet stair way, on the landing was a broken old wardrobe, on entering the room we found a rusty light fitting, mold round the air vent, and...
